INFRASTRUCTURE
The company houses large drying yards, robust storage
capacity of processed materials, pulverizing machinery,
drier units, skilled field staffs, vibrant labor force and transport facilities. It also has established 20 “AGROMED CENTRES” in various districts of Tamilnadu which act as the sourcing centres for inputs and manures for the farmers. They also act as knowledge banks for the farmers as they can anytime interact with the tech team of the Agromed centre situated within their locality.

The field selection and analysis done before cultivation
has a major impact on the outcome of the crops. The
first thing that our tech team insist on is with the selection
of the field, this plays a key role in the cultivation. Then
comes the soil and water testing, this is what helps us
study the soil’s nature; the mineral richness and deficiency
of the soil by which the field is prepared for cultivation
(we are supported with National Agro Foundation,
chennai, for soil and water analysis).
Preparation of field involves also selection of manures and inputs in an efficient method and the preparation of seeds/saplings , which is done under perfect supervision of our experts.

FIELD SELECTION AND ANALYSIS
Our field officers of our technical team conduct inspection
in regular intervals, ensuring proper and healthy growth of
the crops. These visits/inspections help in the early
detection of infection if any. And if infections found
necessary remedy steps are taken to protect the crops by
having changes in pattern of irrigation and manure based
on the infections.

INSPECTION & DAMAGE CONTROL
The company ensures the regular interactions between the
tech team and the farmers through these technical and
support sessions. These sessions appear as a platform for
the farmers to share their success stories (i.e.achievements
in yield and quality) and about the usage of manure and
inputs and cost efficient practices to increase yield. These
sessions are also randomly addressed by scientists from
TNAU (Tamil Nadu Agricultural University) and other
technical advisors. These sessions always proved their
point of being a motivation to the farmers.
